Free reads one CSV export. Solo and Team connect to the live queue and re-read it on your cadence, or read as many CSV exports as you upload.

On Free it runs on your three ruling prompts. On Solo it covers the prompts the owner writes. On Team it covers every prompt anyone on the function writes, and agents who only use the Check are never billed.
THE RECORD
How long it is kept.

Charging per decision creates an incentive to decide less. The no is the product.

SECURITY · EVERY PAID PLAN
The same security on every paid plan.
A $99 decision still has to survive procurement. So every paid plan gets the same boundary and the same override log. The only thing held back for Enterprise is custom paperwork. The data boundary below holds on every plan, including Free.

THE BOUNDARY
Connected intake reads the shape of your work. Not your work.
Most tools that connect to a support queue ask for the ticket bodies. Copious never asks for them. Freshdesk and Intercom send subjects and message text with every ticket anyway. Our connector drops that text the moment it arrives, before anything is stored, logged, or analyzed.
Intake detects rather than assumes. On the first queue we ran this against, the request type field was empty on every single contact and components carried the whole taxonomy. On that same queue, 199 contacts carried no classification at all and every single one of them was still open, because work there gets classified when it closes. Copious shows you the fill rate on every candidate field, names the one carrying your taxonomy, and tells you how much of your queue is carrying nothing, before it rules on anything.
READS
Structure.

Enforced by a hardcoded field allowlist at the ingestion boundary. Not a setting. Nothing outside it is stored, logged, or analyzed.
WHERE INTAKE STANDS TODAY

The ledger is live and the connectors are live with it. You give Copious your site or subdomain, an API token, and the groups, teams, or projects you want read. It finds which field actually carries your taxonomy, files every class it finds, and re-reads on your cadence. The connectors are new, so the first read on a queue that is not ours is a read we want to be in the room for. Freshdesk doesn't record handoffs, so its classes come without handoff counts.
One read path. What runs on a schedule is the same code that runs when you press the button.

INDEPENDENCE
Independent by design. No money from AI vendors. Ever.
Copious names one model per task on capability. It never ranks vendors and it never takes placement. You run the prompt in the AI tool you already use, so model spend stays between you and that vendor. We don't take credits, grants, or referral fees from any AI vendor. We pay for the models we use, like any customer.
Independence is also a data position. Copious sits in the workflow now, and that raises the stakes on what it is allowed to see.
