The Prompt step

When a ruling hands work to AI, Copious writes the prompt for the model it named, with your rules built in. The Check runs on it before anything is filed.

"Hand it to AI" isn't finished until someone can use it. The Prompt step makes it usable.

Copious builds the prompt from what you filed: a role, the task in your own description, your rules as constraints, and the shape of the answer you want back. It's written for the model the ruling names. Claude gets tagged sections. GPT returns structured data when the job is extraction or sorting. Every prompt closes the same way: if information is missing, say so, and don't guess.

Your rules go into the constraints word for word. Edit anything you like, then the prompt runs through the Check. Nothing files until you press it.
