The forwarded ruling

Any ruling can now be turned into a public link. No login, no account, no context needed to read it.

The artifact needs to be able to leave the building.

A ruling now carries a share link. The person you send it to sees the verdict, the reasoning, the signals, the named model, and the verification stamp. They do not see your prompt and they do not see your rules.

The link is a long token you can turn off. Nothing is watermarked and nothing is locked. A record that cannot be forwarded is not a record.
