Rule precedence and verification state
A rule you wrote yourself now outranks the standard toggles. Every ruling also carries a state: verified, needs re-verifying, or superseded.
Your rules are more specific than ours. They should win.
A custom rule now takes precedence over a standard toggle when the two overlap. The residency rule was also narrowed, because it was catching prompts that never moved data anywhere.
Every ruling now shows where it stands. Verified with a date. Needs re-verifying when the model lineup behind it has moved. Superseded when a newer ruling replaced it, with a link to the one that did. Superseded rulings no longer count toward your totals.
