Pick the last 30 days, the last 90, or all time. Six sections follow. The ticket types on your Ledger with no ruling, and how many contacts a month they carry. Every decision, split by call. What went to AI, and whether each is still verified. The rules in force, and when each was set. The Check: how many prompts cleared, were adjusted, or were held, and every override. A risk register of rulings where a customer sees the output, the work is hard to undo, or sensitive data is involved.
