Privacy, Terms, and Security, in plain English
Three short pages say what Copious collects, what it never touches, who else handles your data, and how the access you give us is protected.
Procurement will ask. The answers are now on three pages.
Privacy starts with what we never collect: ticket subjects, customer messages, internal notes, attachments, and any customer's name, email, or phone number. Then it lists what we do collect, why, and every company that handles it for us.
Security covers the access you give us. Helpdesk, Notion, and Slack credentials are encrypted at rest and never sent back to a browser. Each account sees only its own Record, and the database enforces that, not just the screen. Staff actions go into a log no one can edit or delete.
Terms are short. What you file is yours, and we don't sell it.
Each page lists only what's in place today. When a page changes, its date changes, and a material change gets a brief.
