You choose how your queue is grouped
Intake recommends the field that best sorts your queue into ticket types, shows how much of the queue it covers, and lets you pick another. The Ledger follows your choice.
Every team sorts its queue differently. Some by ticket form, some by tags, some by group.
Intake reads each candidate field and shows how much of your queue it covers. It recommends the one that's filled in on the most tickets and splits them into real types. If your team thinks about the work another way, pick that field. The Ledger regroups to match.
Your rulings stay attached to their ticket types every time the queue is read again.
To rule a ticket type, start from its row on the Ledger. Its volume and handoffs come with it.
