    BRIEF — 08

The Prompt step, drafted and cited

The prompt on a ruling can now be drafted against live sources instead of assembled from a template. Your rules are still what decides.

The template was reliable and it was generic. This is neither.

On any ruling that went to AI, you can now draft the prompt against current sources. It comes back in the house structure: role, task, constraints, output. Your rule sentences are carried into the constraints block word for word.

Then the draft goes through the Check, exactly like a prompt you typed yourself. Drafting writes. Rules decide. The sources file under the prompt with their dates, and the template stays as the fallback.
