Every leader we work with assumes agent adoption is the hard part. Every agent we interview tells us the same thing: they'll use the tool the day they trust it won't be used to fire them.
That's the conversation. Not training. Not change management. Trust.
Sit with your three best agents for 30 minutes each. Ask them what they'd want from an AI tool, and what would make them quietly stop opening it. Write it down. Most of what you hear will be specific and unglamorous: 'don't auto-close my tickets', 'show me when you're not sure', 'don't surface my AHT to my manager'.
Honor those before launch. Tell the floor, in your own voice, what the AI is for and what it isn't. Promise the metric-and-job link, in writing.
Skip that part and your rollout dies in week three regardless of how good the model is. The technology was never the bottleneck.
